One thing, though, was that the video was taken during a major storm (it certainly looks like he went through a major storm) that is just a small fraction of the actual storm that happened. So we can't say much about why it happened, but in general I would assume it is just a small part of what led to it and the people who lost loved ones or friends because of that should be punished. In response to this story I thought it was good at both to show some of the things I have written about the events that led to this tornado and, for example, to explain the impact that the National Guard had on the local law enforcement in Louisiana as well as that has been a point that I have been making for some time. Another thing that was important, however, was that the tornado was caused by a low voltage that escaped through a drain valve on the floor or something. I thought that was a pretty major fault point. It is the kind of thing that does not normally occur in the water supply that you'll see on TV. It has to flow through the surface of the water.
