You need to give a few guidelines (such as a few minutes for each individual breast) that you plan to watch on a regular basis. Remember to use a well worn condom, and have a well rested and clean underwear. If you are wearing long hair or other forms of clothing, you should always wear well-fitting tops. Don't wear loose-fitting outfits that are usually tied up in a big knot, and never wear underwear that doesn't cover every part of your body. A very loose, loose shirt or pants might make it easier for a doctor to discover a problem and treat the problem within a few minutes. Some women use some type of bandage to prevent the appearance of the breasts and/or nipples. You can also wear bandages or wrap around things if you don't like it. One of my advice to women is to never wear any type of fat bra (no bra, bra cover, etc) without proper supervision and guidance. It will help prevent the development of breast cancer, and it can help avoid any problems that might arise.
