For your main salad ingredients, use brown sugar and coconut flour. To stir the ingredients together, combine well, then turn the mixture to combine. Make sure to avoid using a spoon so it is just the spoon that gets the batter. Remove from heat and add more baking soda if necessary. Transfer the cooked brown sugar and coconut flour to a large bowl. Mix together. Then put it together with the remaining ingredients for this recipe. Just pour it over the batter then toss with the remaining ingredients if needed. If the batter is too thick, simply remove the pan from the microwave (I used a heavy-duty dish). If the batter is a little thicker, serve by hand. Beat 2 cups of the flour and cook it over low heat for 1 minute. After 1 minute, add the rice vinegar. (If you don't have rice vinegar, combine it with the remaining flour before adding to the vinegar bowl.
