The book, which was set-up by Mr. Kowalsky and called A Look at Life is published by the Columbia-based imprint of Penguin Group. Its title, Shrinking Man, references how a man, who is living in poverty and has moved to a new society, has come to look at his life from a different perspective than he had in his mother's. It argues that being a father is an impediment to the growth and development of a culture which will require the addition of children in order to take control of one's own life. The book is the first to address an issue that has vexed Kowalsky since his publishing of the book. Kowalsky says he has found a new voice in the movement.
